I am getting an in-game popup “streaming bandwidth too low” so I am asking for some help in setting without compromising the Quality. I here is my system config “don’t make fun of it

CPU: AMD Athelon 3000G (OC to 3700 Mhz)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650
RAM: XPG Gamixx 3200Mhz 8gb * 2 (16 Gb Total)

What is your internet speed? No way to not compromise visual quality. Hey my gaming PC is so old it can’t even run it.

My system is lower than that and I get that occasionally. My internet is 900Mbps hard wired so I doubt it would be internet related
- Intel i7 4th gen
- Nvidia 1060 6GB
- 16 GB RAM DDR3 (1x8GB Vengence, 1x8GB XMS3 - don’t ask)
- 500 GB SSD
I did read somewhere that it is to do with the bus speeds on your PC, either CPU or GPU.
Load up task manager (easier if you have 2 screens) and when it does this, check the CPU utilisation because it would always correspond with the CPU being maxed out but I understand that maxing out the GPU can also have this effect so maybe drop details, reflections etc down a notch or two and see what happens
You can switch on frame rate display in the forza settings on PC and it will show you in game the GPU utilisation so see it the percentage spikes when it happens
Sometimes a full system reboot resolves the issue though.

I don’t think that issue is related to internet speed

it isn’t. its bus speed so CPU or GPU getting over-worked
may be the cpu is causing the issue
Likely a VRAM issue, which means the best solution on that card is to turn down the texture detail. Sorry mate.
Resizable BAR will significantly help VRAM issues in this game, but I’m fairly certain that card doesn’t do Resizable BAR, and even if it did, it wouldn’t be enough to tip the scales too much with only 4GB of VRAM available on that card.
It’s possible you are experiencing both a VRAM and CPU bottleneck. Best setting to turn down to ease the pressure on your CPU is shadows.
