Low streaming bandwidth problem

I am playing this game since Dec 20, 2021, and this problem still persists.
I have a high spec PC, with an RTX 4080, a 320 W TDP.
Even when I use medium settings at 1440p, while GPU usage is always below 50% at max 50 W power usage, I am still getting this error occasionally and sometimes in the middle of multiplayer events, ruining all the experience.
The BIOS and all system drivers and GPU driver are up to date. I check and refresh them at least once every month. I have no such problem with any other applications and games , but this problem still persisting since FH4 times is not reasonable at all.

Major system specs are below. I can provide more or all if needed.

Bandwidth in multiplayer environment is dependent on all connections, not just your own.

It is also dependent on the type of connection, number of users connected and quality of connection (between everyone).

You can have the NSA Super Computer, but still get latency issues due to poor performance on the other PC’s connected.

Start by monitoring your connection type and network utilization (found on Task Manager). If PC has multiple users, be sure to check Users tab… someone else might be running processes. Default Task Manager only shows active User. NOTE: This is only your onboard network device capabilities and NOT your Router/Modem usage. You need access to your Router and/or Modem Admin to see the data transfer rate.

Is PC connected direct to Modem or through Router? If router, is modified to prioritize IP addresses, ports or connections?

How strong is the connection to the router? Best to test to/from other devices on network.

Speed test connection… most providers advertise Maximum speed capabilities, but it’s actually rare they are what you are getting… there is also a huge difference between Up and Down. Gaming and Streaming is using both, simultaneously. Upload speeds are typically really low (like 5-20 mbps for Upload speeds in the 75-100 mbps download speed).

Lastly, IP Trace to the varied sites, connections… nothing like having a razor sharp connection, that has to go through 50 hops. By comparison, tracing a connection from my PC… to servers in my same time zone, actually, takes ten times longer than connection to some servers two time zones away… simply because of the route it has to travel.
