Regarding paid for DLC cars not showing up as “free” in the game. Sent the email at 8:00 am, got an automatic reply at 8:10 am. Then the Community Team sent a personal reply at 11:15 am with a suggestions to fix, questions and request for follow-up email.
I post this just to say don’t neglect using this email if you need to. It worked for me and I am now a happy boy.
Well, they can’t now since the post has been moved to a place where no one will look for this. Everyone posting problems make their posts in the forum for the game they’re playing. Altho I agree that this is a more appropriate place, practically speaking, people don’t look in “miscellaneous” for an issue they’re having with their game or who to contact. They look in the game specific forum.
Place a link in your Sig to this thread - will show at the bottom of every post you make and if you label it smartly it will get some peoples attention - unfortunately many who complain about not getting responses will ignore everything anyone else posts (especially if it is positive or helpful). Thumbs up for the effort though.
Bans are not allowed to be discussed on the Forums - email to forzafb@microsoft.com is your only option.
Having said that - you cannot “accidentally” send or auction a Unicorn and you will have been banned for modding and that is not likely to ever be lifted.
