In forza 4 you can sell/ buy whole cars from the auction house. Or share setups and put them on the forza 4 market. I am not sure on forza 5 i barely started. You can only sell whole cars on Forza Horizon 2 Xbox one? I noticed on recommended setups its whole cars correct? you don’t sell just setups from your cars correct? I just got the xbox one it’s a whole new experience. No AI all player drivatars on forza 5 and horizon 2.

When you save tunes and paints you are asked if you want to share them. This is different from selling them.
Once shared people can use them for free.
If enough people use your tunes and paints you get credit payment each day based on the number of uses.
The only way to sell cars in FH2 is if you win one on a wheelspin and you already own that car it gives you the option to take the car or a cash figure.

It only happens if the car you win on the spin is already owned by you. When that happens the game forces you to choose the car or the cash.
Don’t work like that in my game ??!. Bit like drivatar payouts . Just my luck.
By the way, in Forza Horizon 2 for XBOX ONE, you don’t sell cars, you delete them from your garage, as you don’t get money for that action.
Unless, in a wheelspin, you land on a vehicle you already own as SatNiteEduardo has pointed out.
As a VIP, should I get twice the same car? I’ve won two C2 Corvette’s and collected cash with it, obviously if I’m telling you this, it’s that I have both of them in my garage.
You can. The system does not attempt to prevent duplicates; however, they are rare from my experience. That said, you probably earned more cash by taking the car and doubling your payout with VIP than had you sold the car at the wheel spin. Just be sure to check the prompt after you spin for a car and see which option benefits you the most, selling back or adding to your garage.

I went to social on my Forza Horizon 2 game and found that Turn 10 gave me 2 huricans. I upgraded & tuned one to x class and one to s1 and it is working great.

VIP’s got an extra Huracan with a cool paintjob, the other ones aren’t all that 
I just removed mine
There were Gift Huricans given out, each with a different Design in a promotional item. Take them for a spin, and you’ll see which ones you got. They are not just “duplicate” cars.
