So, i have now earned the rx7 and although im a fan of this car and have nothing against it, i would like to sell it. However, the highest price it goes for buy out it 150k, but I’ve seen them go for 5 million and even more. Can some one explain to me why i cant sell that same car for that same buy out price? Please help

Some sell for way more than others, it’s dependant on who’s on and who’s willing to pay what price 
Understandable but in this case the game is not allowing to raise it any higher than 150k when they have raised the buyout price to millions, i dont know if you see what i mean?
People that have reached ‘Legendary’ Tuner or Painter, have the option to post their auctions with a higher start and buyout.

if you read down in that thread, you will see folks talking about the ability to raise up buy outs to super high amounts.
They is why you can only set it at 150K, until you reach ‘Legenday’ status as a painter/tuner. Hope that helps.

No. Buyout limit is based on YOUR painter/tuner level. You have to share your own designs and tunes enough to raise it. It takes a fair bit of time to do, but it’s not impossible. Even the one star level raises your buyout considerably. It’s not 10 million but it’s much better. (1.5 million iirc)
I guess Im gonna have to get rid of that Rx7 for a much cheaper price, but that is okay. Because I will put in sometime into designs and tune to level up within those sections. Two more questions, how do I upload them, and is there a link or a page where the amounts for downloads per level are stated? and by amount I mean, for each level indivially?
