I bought the season pass and downloaded it but it doesn’t show at all in the game someone please tell me what is wrong

You still need to ‘buy’, download and install every carpack included in the season pass by it’s own.

After you purchased the season pass the price of these carpacks changes to ‘free’ inside the Xbox live marketplace.

Note: Not every FM4 DLC is included in the season pass.

There is a very big big big problem is that DLC for Forza 4 are no longer available (for the moment? i hope), so your season pass is useless :frowning:

I really hope thats not the case…I just bought the season pass a week ago but had ISP issues and did not d/l the packs, today all the packs were missing from the market place. Can anyone tell me how to get the content I just paid for? Or how to get a refund?

I tweeted XboxSupport about this issue. They stated affected individuals should call/chat them. You can probably at least get a refund. Although it would be nice for them to bring the DLC back temporarily for those who want to buy, I highly doubt it as the DLC was probably removed the day of the license contract’s expiration.

Spent an hour today talking to xbox support…after a lot of explaining about the problem it seems they will not issue a refund for the ssason pass even though I did not get to download any of the content it gave access to. So it seems I’ve lost my money. This was my first purchase of extra game content from the market place. Not a great experience. Will be keeping it vanilla from now on. Lesson learned.

It’s not gone if you bought it previously. It’s just gone for new customers. So this is not exactly a reason not to buy further DLCs, if anything it’s a reason to buy them in time. Like not four years after release. :wink:

I am also very irritated, bought the season pass, but i cant download anything, because its all gone offline. And whats worse is that we get no word from Turn 10. Just that they feel our frustration, if they did, they would tell us that they are trying to get access to at least some of the packs, or doing there best to renew the license, or at the very least, let us know that they will implement new measures to notify people when content will be removed from future games.

I truly feel like a failure, not being able to download the 67 chevelle for dad to drive, or 65 mustang for sister to pretend she owned, or the countless cars that i will never be able to own in real life, guess i cant even own them in a video game either. Thanks turn 10 for truly ruining my experience, and deciding to leave all xbox. i just bought my xbox one 2 days ago, but im just going to return, it, i wont buy from a company that deals with developers like you, who mistreat there fan base.
