Hi I just would like to ask, whenever I tried to sync Forza Horizon 2 to my saved games it will get stuck at 100%. I already tried all possible steps. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, delete and redownload my profile and refresh the console, I got the same issue. I have contacted Xbox Support and have found out that the saved games are being corrupted. How can I resolve this? Is there any option to retrieve my progress? I have been playing with the game and don’t want to lose my game progress. The issue started when I updated the game.
It is not getting stuck at 100%. Leave it longer to finish and NEVER quit out of a sync or loading screen.
A full resync in Forza games can take hours.

This. Had the same issue, and after a search came across another post of SatNiteEduardo recommending this. Already took ages to get to 100%, already was stuck at 100% for quite some time. Following this recommendation, watched another TV episode, and it was still stuck at 100%, watched another, and it had finally finished syncing. Thanks!

Yes, unfortunately the syncing process can take a while sometimes (not ideal we know…)
Can you try leaving it at 100% for a bit and let us know if it eventually syncs.

One thing I would recommend is whenever we leave the game, returning to the Dashboard (Xbox One) is with the game still highlighted, use the triple dash button next to the A button and select “Exit” from the pop-up menu to make sure you haven’t left the game still alive. That should force a proper closure.
Remember, too, if we switch to something else, The Cloud seems to halt the communication (like a download will be suspended) when another action is taken.
I just want to add a point to this.
Always watch the small white spinning wheel in the bottom right hand corner of the screen (in game).
Occasionally I notice this wheel still spins after I exit a hub. That means the game is trying to save but seems to take forever. If I see that wheel spinning and not stopping I reenter the hub, change cars and exit and often the game will then finish saving.
If you exit the game and quit with that wheel still spinning it may result in corrupt save files (this is my suspicion).

Also, it never hurt to know the file size of your save data. If a sync happens, your data should be at least that size or higher once finished. If it’s not - the sync is not complete regardless of what the game screen shows you.

Thank you so much guys. Finally, it syncs! I thought that will give me the decision of leaving the game as I thought the saved games has been corrupted. I really appreciate your help!
