Hi, I put in Forza Horizon 2 today on Xbox One and it begin to sync the game which if I can remember doesn’t usually do or if so it does it in a second. Anyways when it got to 100% which took 45 minutes it just stayed there and I waited an hour. I then decided to cancel the sync because I assumed it was frozen and when I went back on later that day it just played the game from the beginning. Note* (I’ve beat the game and have put countless hours into it and now it’s all gone). Is there anyway to fix this problem? if not can I get a refund or something because I want to play the game but I don’t have time to replay it all and waste time. Any help would be great! thanks!
For future reference, do not cancel a sync process until at least 4-6 hours have passed. Users report that the sync will eventually work even after appearing to stop, even at 100%.
