Hello everyone, avid Rivalsrunner here, got a curious question. Is there some kind of metric that PG uses to define cheating in Rivals? I’ve began to notice that times I’ve set in Extreme E XUV’s are getting wiped while times set in other cars aren’t. They’re all legit times as I’m playing on Series S set to Performance Mode, cheers everyone and hopefully we can get an answer of some kind.
They do seem to use some kind of metric but it is very flawed. Each time they do a clean up, they leave obviously cheated times and remove legitimate ones.

There must be something behind it, other times that I’ve set in other classes have been left untouched but all the ones (at least that I can remember) that I’ve set using an Extreme E XUV have been wiped. I got a decent example right now, Montana Trail in D,C,B and S1 class. I’ve set near or under top 100 times in those classes but when I’ve done the same in the X44 Extreme E, that time gets wiped. If PG doesn’t answer then there should be a PSA or something on this. that was for A Class btw. I can share pics for proof and share codes for tunes if I’m inclined to do so.

specifically, my result on the tapalpa road was canceled in A800 with an Extreme - E car
I also don’t understand why my D500 or B700 times were deleted
I have never cheated, nor could I since I play with a Series X machine
Explain why and how the cancellations are made!
Can’t you see what kind of machine people are playing with? the vast majority of cheaters are PC gamers
Shame on you, that’s not why I bought the ultimate edition
My guess is that they don’t have clue who is cheating and not and just remove random times.
The no1 on this months trail is 100% cheater and those in second and third place is lvl 2999 so they are prob also cheaters.
But lets look at the facs and we may understand why it is the way it is.
This is an online game with zero anticheat software what so ever. The worst thing you can do in this game is an offensive logo, that will get you banned forever.
This is a racing game with the worst support for wheels that i ever seen.
They promote clean racing and yet their own ai is by far the worst drivers on the road.
The bugs that goes unnoticed are just a joke. Like they don’t have even 1 person checking it before it is released.
Lets pretend that this game is a ferrari laferrari, A very good car. And then we ask a 3 year old to make whatever changes he want to it and he had to do it him self.
