I had an issue where it kept saying you need to be the owner to use this. So, I uninstalled it & wanted to download it again but it says “not sold separately” in xbox store. How does one who had it get it again or newcomers get it?

No staff or mods around to give any insight on the matter? You’d think you’d be able to download a app again. I don’t get it.
Maybe that has something to do with it? If you’re not an owner to use it you’re probably not an owner to download it again (whatever owner means).
The store plays up now and then, I don’t think anyone knows why.
I obviously am the owner though. I can play all my purchased games just fine without getting the “you must be the owner to use this” message.
That doesn’t matter anyway. How is someone supposed to get it again, or a new player that wants it?
Can someone send me the email of forza horizon 2 or something because I need to talk to them about how I don’t like how there just shuting down every think about forza horizon 2 I just got it and I’m broke so I worked hard for it and my mom can’t buy it for me because she’s trying to feed us.and she has no money ether because theres no jobs that 1 she has the training for or 2 weird shifts so I would just love if forza seen this and thought more about people like me that can’t just spend 60 bucks on a new game and just let us play forza horizon 2 and bring back the features back to the game please thanks

have you played enough into the game to open up the features you are wanting to use
I just started a new account and have not played enough to open up the social side of things
pretty sure you need to at least complete the first road trip before they open
And FH2 will go end of life 30th september which means you can still play it but wont be able to buy it digitally or any more dlc after that date
it happened with FH1 and FM5 just after they were released as games with gold too…it’s the way it goes…licencing issues and what not
Whenever I’ve used that I always get the same usual automated reply of due to high number of yada yada etc… No, we won’t look into it basically response anyway.
This seemed like the best place for assistance but I guess not.

They’ve always looked in things with rewards for me, may take 3 to 4 days to get back with me. I don’t ever recall getting an automated response from that email address though, only miscrosofts support email

Same hir, did not worked for last couple of days. I submitted error report to Microsoft, uninstalled and now can’t install anymore. What a joke

I’ve noticed on the Microsoft Store it no longer lists the Forza Hub app as compatible with Xbox.

I’m uninstall Forza Hub and I can’t install again, I’m the owner of the game, I have digital copy of the game.

Did anyone install it anything other than the C:/ drive?
Doesn’t matter where anyone installed it. Problem is we can’t download it from the store because it says either “not sold separately” or “Currently not available”
