It kept saying only the owner can use (even though I am) when I tried to get in it. So, I uninstalled & wanted to download it again but it says not sold separately -_- Tried to do in the in game tab but it just takes me to store. Any help would be appreciated

Are you on Xbox? If so, is your console set to Home Console?
Additionally, when was this happening for you? Xbox Live was having very bad Sign-In issues recently which cause this type of issue.

Yep, XB1 & it’s set to my home Xbox. It just happened today, as I wanted to get into the app to redeem the weekly rewards. Kept getting the only the user can use this message. So I deleted it & tried to download again but nope. It’s completely disappeared from games & apps. Everywhere I try it takes me to the store but says not sold separately.
That takes me to PC version & that also says currently not available
I tried going to the US and UK stores and its available at both, well both say its installed.
You have them already so yeah. The issue is getting it again after deleting it. There seems to be no way.
The Forza Rewards system is currently having issues that are being investigated so maybe that is your issue. Can you access the PC version?
I just tried my Forza Hub app on PC and it is working OK.

Xbox version says not sold separately & PC version says currently not available. Can’t download any versions.
Kinda wonder if Xbox live isn’t having an issue, my youngest son was having trouble with fallout 4 asking if he was the owner today, he was playing it last night.
Did you check your ‘ready to install’.
Anytime I delete anything, it instantly pops back up there
