Hi.
First off, I did buy the “Ultimate Edition” version of Forza Horizon 4. However I feel I went a wee bit to quick in the game and now I want to really start over the entire game. As a “Ultimate Edition” holder, what would I lose and what would I keep from results of starting over? Or do I get to get back what I received when I first started the game… Thanks if you can let me know.
is there anyway that i can start over or delete my savegame?
iknow in fh3 there was a way but is it the same in fh4? and does it ruin anything like vip or car packs

May sound too obvious but deleting (with backup of course) your savegame file should do the trick.
If you are on console…
You can make a Guest Account (be sure to extend the game sharing privileges on your main account) and play the game on this new account and it should start over from the beginning since the console considers it a separate account. You should be able to do this infinitely with additional guest accounts for different games as well since progress is tied to individual accounts and not only the main one.
If you are on PC…
You can unplug from the internet and when it tries to sync your save data, just cancel it.
You may have to time this right and plug, unplug yourself from the net to get it to trigger, but this is the only way I know of on PC since PC has one account per game since it’s a MS Store login.
But if you do, there’s no guarantee you’ll get all the bonus items from preorder etc. again.
Yes you can, but it costs depending on the version you want to play next 
Anyone know how to reset profile on PC?
nvm found it, this is how u do it if anyone’s wondering.
Go into your settings>apps
choose fh4 and go into advanced settings
press reset and launch the game
It’ll try to sync profile press cancel and start a new game.
Then quit the game, next time you restart it’ll ask whether to use cloud or local saves.
Chose local and boom, new profile.
Other option is just to delete (or move) your save file (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs).
I am in the middle of Forza Horizon 4, and i want to start over from the very beginning. now i dont see a way to do a fresh start, is this an option? can this become an option? or is this an absolute No-Go?
If you’re on an Xbox, you can go to the Manage Game option and delete your save game data to force a start from the very beginning. If you’ve shared any tunes or paints online, you will be able to download them again either through your Creative Hub or a search of your username.
You’ll start completely over, so you’ll have to obtain the cars all over again and you lose your current credits and Forzathon points. You will keep your leaderboard records, however, and any DLC or VIP bonuses will show up again (new bonus cars, the Lake Lodge for VIP, and any bonus Super Spins).
If you have any cars on auction when you do this, however, they will get stuck there as you won’t be able to cash in or reclaim the cars. Be sure your auction house is cleared out first.
You can just start a new profile by logging in to XBL with a different windows live account. Not sure if you keep VIP stuff though.
This actually would be cool. I agree that the game can be completed pretty quickly. It would be nice if you could reset all races but keep your cars.
Delete the save data
Whenever i try to clear all save data of my account it works and deletes it ,but when i try logging in it automatically syncs the data and loads it off the cloud
Can’t you just make a new account like a shared computer?
Just use another email-adress and make a new account. All accounts at the same Xbox shares all benefits, hopefully on pc too
you have to make a “family” on account.microsoft.com and make sure you have an extra microsoft account you can use then sign into that account on pc and then you have the game restarted. Im not sure if the dlc transfers because i dont have any dlc.it might say it has to install but just wait a minute or two and it will say finished unless you haven’t installed the game on dat computer.
