Does anybody know how to reset the game and start form the beginning? I’m really dissapointed that VIP and other bonus content isn’t available for some of us yet, and I shoveled out another $50 to get the Ultimate edition. As a result I’d really like to just start the game over once everything is fixed so that I can get all of my bonus content etc.

I have the digital day one deluxe ver. VIP and car packs not working .Only at lv 5 and have not played since the server end update.fix. If I wanted to start again from scratch what would be the best and safe way? Step by step instructions would be great. Like should I delete any thing, reinstall any thing? Will any achievements
or perks be lost?

you could try the Forza 5 process, you’d have to google it.
I got the game on release, but my friend won’t be getting it until mid-November. I really want to be on the same page as him when he gets it. Is there any way to reset my game without actually losing any progress? Like a new career?
-How do I do a game reset, as if I wanted to start a new game? I remember in Forza 5, you would hold both bumpers and both triggers and press X. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work, it still kept my save game. I just want to start from the beginning as if I just bought the game and installed it. Any advise is appreciated.

How do I delete saves I no longer need?
You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen.
From the Home screen, select My games & apps.
Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.
Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
You will be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
Delete from console will remove the local copy of this save. You can retrieve it from the cloud the next time you play.
Delete everywhere will remove your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
Cancel will leave your data intact.

My game progress has stopped … there is no official response on how to fix this problem but some other people who had this problem said they didnt get the problem when they started again.
so how do i start again?

I am trying to erase my saved progress and start completely over. I have deleted the game itself from the xboxone and reinstalled it but I guess since it saves in the cloud it just loads my progress again. I see nowhere within the game to erase my saved progress. Anyone know how to do this? Thank you in advance

If you follow cav3man227 steps that works. My game froze a while back and was unable to start any championships. I was Lvl 96 and a club leader as well as horizon champion and had over 6 million credits and over 50 cars and had to restart. You lose your level and all cars from rewards. I have all downloads and VIP all car pack cars are still in the game and purchasable for 0 credits for one time. Only thing I lost was reward cars and credits I had already redeemed. My club was still there and when I started over my VIP status and club tag were both next to my name. I really enjoy the game and the restart was actually refreshing and fun. To do a complete restart be sure to delete both saves if you only delete the local save the next time you start the game online it will synch with the cloud. If you have to restart sorry to hear that. If you choose to restart then have fun.
Are people even reading the threads they’re posting in? Come on guys, put a little effort in at least! lol
Deleting your save may fix your issues. But what you want to do is make sure you’re quitting out of the game properly before turning off your xbox. That will make sure it’s finished writing your save, and that you’re not turning it off mid save and corrupting your save.
Only way is to delete save file from everywhere. I did this a few nights ago in order to cleanse my garage of certain barn finds. Apologies but I’m just not a fan of the Willys Jeep and the hippie-van.
