Following BIGGY FOOLZ post, just stating a fact it is not possible for T10 to do what it pretends to. Simple, there is no more form to report a player along with evidence.
“We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement … Turn 10 is proud to ensure that every reported item is manually reviewed before any enforcement action is taken.” + There is no form to report player with evidence = T10 lies, there is exactly nothing done.
Please demonstrate this is not the case.
1/ Motorsport form to report player has been removed
2/ Xbox reporting form does not allow to attach any evidence.
Sorry but Xbox is not pretending to manage any evidence so not a Xbox problem or we are not writing about the same problem ( Indeed the Xbox reporting feature does not look very serious as not allowing to associate any kind of evidence)
As I said in the other thread, enforcement issues and policy are not open for discussion on the forums. If you have feedback about it, go through the Submit a Ticket system.
