I saved a online race replay today,but when I want to check it just now,all of the cars(players) just stuck in the starting line and freeze although i have wait nearly 5 mins.When i press LT of my Xbox controller,the cars took off like a helicopter.

Exactly the same problem, replays don’t work, saved 3 replays of online races, and not one goes further than the starting grid

Same problem, reply won’t play after loading , with cars stuck on grid at start of race. High spec PC.
mine has been saying “downloading replay” for about an hour now.
Ive tried to save 3 replays from the multiplayer lobbies and all 3 have the cars just sitting at the starting line.
This has been happening to myself as well. PC version from MS Store. I’ve already submitted a bug report and provided a clip and details of the issue.
Unless I’m somehow doing it wrong, but I don’t see how. Today I saved two different online race replays that I wanted to go back and watch. Afterwards I went to the media menu to review them, and when I opened them, there was audio, but it was staying the same and they wouldn’t move past the first frame. Basically, it was just still picture of the beginning of the replay with whatever sound was going on at the time to go with it. Fast forwarding or skipping ahead frames did absolutely nothing.

Replays just sit in your grid slot. ff/rew does nothing. Can still change camera, drivers, take photos etc.
Other peoples ones that I download are fine.
Sharing and downloading my own doesn’t work, still sitting on the grid slot.
These have been online race replays - not tried them in single player yet.
EDIT: I’ve now tried a single player replays and those work fine. It only seems to be the online ones - you know, the ones we really need to report a rammer.
Same here… It’s sucks too because theres a lot of good racing going on right now…

Replays open straight after the race but freeze if you open a saved one from the media menu.
I have so far saved a hand-full of replays, and every one has this problem. In one I saw card-boards at the start flying around, so the race has definitely started, but the cars remain locked at their starting positions. Xbox Series X.

The last Forza Motorsport that I managed to save REPLAYS from online mode was FM4. In the following games: FM5, FM6 and FM7 I always received the FAIL warning when trying to save the REPLAYS of my races in Online multiplayer. Now, in this new FM, the error message hasn’t appeared yet, but the online races that I tried to save all had problems when watching them. It’s very disappointing because it’s a feature that I really like.

Dear Turn10 team please also add a progress bar that also shows the passage over the finish line (with a line or what you want) to more easily identify the passage of time.
When replays work (only after single races) it is very tedious to be able to get to listante you would like to review by not being able to do real fast-forwarding.
