Reinstalling the game on a SSD, save? worth it?

Since i haven’t played Battlefield 1 in a couple of months i was thinking about deleting it from my SSD, and install forza on it. But with all the problems the game is having, and people being locked out of the game until this day im not to sure if that’s a smart thing to do.

Has anyone here deleted the game and reinstalled it on another harddrive? Has anyone information about the difference in loading times for tracks between a HDD and a SSD. My game runs ok, there wouldn’t be a need to move it, but what good does a SSD if you don’t utilize it.

No need to reinstall the game, just move the game over to your SSD from the apps settings.
Moved Horizon around a few times that way without problems.

Don’t know if it will improve your loading times, normally when loading a track it only uses the 500MB/s capacity of my SSD from no more than 5 seconds. But the actual ingame loading take like 15-20 seconds.
Just because the game is loading doesn’t mean it is reading the disk at maximum capacity so it seems.

I did not notice any difference in Horizon though. Not unless i start timing the loading times.

I didn’t even know moving is a thing, that´s awesome. I´ll give this a try thanks for your reply.

I moved FH3 over to my SSD a while ago and had no problems. Loading times are noticeably quicker.
