Rally Mode, Storm Island,.....what's next?

Personally, I loved both and since I don’t don’t think they’ll bring these back, something else must be the idea. Again, I’d love for both of them, but I’d like to see something new too.
Perhaps a stand-alone track that is more for NASCAR or Motorsports gear heads?

I’m thinking it may be another rally expansion, this time snow (maybe??)

I’m thinking Rallycross will be next, either here or in FM7. As for FH3 expansion I’d say New Zealand.

No idea. I’m just hoping we start the game with rally parts available.

Looks like we will.

I sure hope so!

I’m thinking that we will have a Mad Max expansion alongside, or in place of, a Fast and Furious expansion.

A race course definitely won’t happen - that’s Turn 10’s territory and they respect that. I figure we’ll see something similar to Storm Island - more cars, more driving area and some form of theme that connects them. Hard to really say what that can be though when Horizon 3 already covers so much. Maybe a mountain road theme? Anyone’s guess.

Zeem Frostmaw, I have to say I like your mountain road idea. It could cover snow then as a potential. And one could do Pikes Peak style racing with it as well as curvy mountain roads. It could have a section for the drifters and some for the cruisers. Some fast all out slow curve roads too. Well fun to imagine but the game itself looks incredible without most of it revealed so I will be playing it a lot before I even need any add on’s.

I just figured that mountain roads are an area that the whole Horizon series has barely covered, so an expansion with that kind of setting would stand out quite a lot, not to mention get an instabuy from all the old-school Kaido fans. It would also make fantastic use of the new Drift Zones and Danger Zones.

That makes a lot of sense. I would love to see a mountain expansion (or something like that) !

Definitely? The Surfers street circuit layout is already in there.

+1 for a Mad Max pack.
An offroad expansion would be redundant. Maybe bikes?

No Bikes!

Why not? Bikes sound like they’d be a fun addition. As long as they’re added alongside other things, rather than just a bike pack.

Why do we have race cars in the game then?

Not so we can take them around circuits and pretend to be playing Forza Motorsport except at half the framerate and with less intricate physics.

No, if they’re going to do circuits in Forza, they’re going to do it right, in Motorsport, where it can live up to it’s full potential.

Ahem.

Gold Coast street circuit, the streets at the south of it even match the alternate layout.
I refuse to believe it’s just a coincidence.

Definitely not coincidence, but most likely a thing of convenience since they wanted Surfer’s Paradise anyway. I don’t expect them to start going out of their way to model more tracks to use as DLC, it’s simply the wrong series.

It’d be so dope though, if they had put Mount Panorama (Bathurst) somewhere on the map. Like in they did racetracks in TDU.

I am not talking what is best.

I am asking why do we have race cars in the game.

Also I do not think it would be a bad thing to include circuits.

In The Crew you could drive to circuits. Sure the game was very poor so the racing on circuits was poor but I think Horizon could do a pretty good job even with whatever weaknesses people think the game has.

Not every circuit racing game has been full on sim.
