Does anyone else get annoyed with the fact that in Single Player, racing spec cars are upgradeable?
It annoys me that if I want to create a Free Play race using any spec series car (like GT or Prototypes for example) yet I can’t specify that I want it to be per their stock form. So all the AI will massively upgrade their cars (and setting max PI doesn’t work because all the cars typically have different PI).
Likewise in the current Road to Race series, you can add bigger tyres, brakes and take restrictors off etc.

I think you should have the option in freeplay to apply spec BoP for all spec series in freeplay, there should be permanent single player tc and gt spec tours, and every spec series should be included in rivals with BoP in place. Because some cars in spec series have power and grip handicaps applied, you cannot even reproduce them for testing in freeplay.

I agree. I’m tired of setting a custom race against a street car & adjusting the weight HP & PI to make the AI car stock, & even after all that still seeing a forza race bumper or wing on a street car. I want to race stock vs stock. It would be nice to be able to choose the tire compound of the AI cars though. Remember when Jeremy raced Richard & James in the “holy trinity” episode of “The Grand Tour” all 3 cars were fitted with the same tires, to ensure fairness.
