Questions about my ban

Hello there,

I am new here on this forum and i would like to know where i can get info about my ban that i got.
Now this is the second time this is happend and i know that a third time will be a permennet one. But i really don’t know what i did wrong.
I surely didn’t shared an illegal design or something like that.

I really get the feeling some people were very sore losers and reported me something i didn’t do.

I know there is a mailing adres where i can send my questions to, what i already did twice but i get a automatic reply that says;

And i am still waiting for a reply from my first mail i send like 3 months ago.

Is there anyone that could tell me where i can get info about why i got banned because there must be proof of something i did wrong. In my opinion i did nothing wrong.

Please help me

Yes, unsportsmanlike conduct in online races, i.e., intentionally wrecking the cars of other players which is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.

Since you received the automated response from Turn 10, which issued your 30-day (720-hour) ban, perhaps you should take a look at some of the topics on these forums for advice regarding your racing behavior:
