I was in a race last night and I was in first place & the guy behind me wrecked both me & himself. He got mad at me and now im banned? I have owned every Forza game & probably still in the top 500 or so in forza 3. I know how to drive. Does forza check up on these claims or just ban people for no reason?

Any bans issued by Turn 10 employees are at least double-verified and all are for violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
If this case, as with your friend, is it for unsportsmanlike behavior in online races, i.e., intentionally wrecking with your Pontiac and even driving the wrong way on the course to attack people who were a lap ahead.
Neither bans nor the legitimate enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com, however you’ll probably not receive an answer prior to the seven-day (168-hour) ban expiring.
