Ok, My name is Ron and my gamertag is BIG is TOG. I have received another ban this time being banned for 30 days. I have done 0 against the code of conduct and have never made a livery that is offensive or suggest anything of the sort. the only thing XBOX live tells us is to post of the forum and then when we do so we receive a message telling us to email then we email and then they tell us to goto the forum cause they cant respond to the emails. with no explanation on how to improve on why im getting banned and since im not breaking any rules I wonder if someone is reporting me cause im winning in leagues? this is odd and silly and offensive to me and to the thousands of gamers who race with me daily. I am a staple in the community and uphold all rules and regulations to the highest degree.

In your case (twice now), it is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

Neither bans nor the enforcement thereof by employees of Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. You said you have already written Turn 10, so you need to wait.
