I don’t really post on here, but I had a question. Why can’t Turn 10 use the cars from FH2 and put them in FM5? I understand they are different games, but aren’t the car models the same? Didn’t they say they were using the same upgrade system for the cars in FH2? I am not saying that I don’t love Forza 5, but I just wish there were more options for older muscle cars. I have to confess that I do a lot more upgrading and painting on the cars than racing them. Just a question I have been asking myself.
Because they are separate products, of course. When you purchase Forza 5, you’re getting what is on that disk (or digital package), not what comes out on a subsequent release. Do you buy a car from a dealership and, then, when the new model comes out, go to the dealer and ask for your car to be upgraded to the newest specifications? Well, you can … but, it will come with a price tag. Forza Motorsport 6 is that price tag.
I think Dan Greenawalt’s message was “consistency”. It is not that T10 “cannot” but “will not” because of the vast difference in quality of the build/visuals. I buy this argument and I FULLY support it.
Having many cars are great but only up to certain point. I’ve come to appreciate the quality of the individual cars, especially the likes of BT24 or Lotus 49.
Tracks, however, more the better. I’m sure with given time the number of tracks would only improve.

Because they want you to buy FH2 the answer is simple. It’s all business. We tend to ask questions we already know the answer for.
It is business yes. The team behind Forza 5 obviously love what they do but they have to be supported financially as well. It isn’t the end of DLC for Forza5. I can almost guarantee you will see a few announced cars that are right now exclusive to Horizon 2 be released in some sort of Car Pack or individual DLC.
You know, that is why I don;'t post on here. I was simply asking if they could use the models. I did not say that FM5 is not a good game or anything else negative about the game. I was hoping that they could use the cars from FH2 to sell to us as DLC. I did not need a lesson in business or on buying a car. I think a lot of my fellow gamers come on here and use stupid analogies and sarcasm to make themselves feel smarter than they really are, and that is to bad. It is not good when a fellow gamer comes to the forums to ask a question and get that kind of reply. For the ones that answered nicely-Thank You.

I’m pretty sure we’ll see at least the Huracan from FH2 in F5. Maybe with 9 other backup cars? ^^
