The career mode in Forza needs work. It would be amazing if extra race types can be added endurance racing for example. That said I feel practice needs more of a purpose rather than selecting where you start on the grid practice should become a timed qualifying session where while in the pits you can tune your vehicle to get pole position. At the moment the practice does not feel right and qualifying would be better.
And after qualifying, you could move yourself down the grid for credits and XP, or up the grid with a corrosponding reduction. Would be nice to be aiming for pole rather than mindlessly running three laps, which is what it becomes after a while.
