Hi, few days ago, i bought Forza 7 Ultimate Edition from the store. Later, i try to install Forza Hub to redeem my rewards. All done, the app said: “You have 3 cars and 710.000 crd to redeem” BUT when i start the game and checking the message center i don’t have anything to redeem! I waited almost two days, but nothing has changed. Please can someone explain me how to do?

You are brand new to the forums, are you brand new to forza? Have you played any Forza games before?
The Hub app doesn’t generally give correct information. If you are brand new to forza, you aren’t going to get any rewards until you level up your forza score.

Hi, first of all thanks for answer me. Yes, i’m subscribe on the forum today. I’ve tried to redeem my rewards for the first time two days ago, after five days of play. Forza 7 is my first game of this series, i’ve never played before. I don’t know why at the login told me i had some rewards to redeem, in that moment my level was 3 the same as now, you’re telling me it was a bug?
That level 3, I believe 8s a present point count from the token and dlc point total from previous forzas. You won’t get those points until you play those games. There are no token or dlc points in fm7, so what you accumulate in fm7, is what you’ll actually be at. Since fm7 has a maximum 3000 point value once you meet all goals, then that is your actual tier(whTever tier 3000 points will reach) In the mean time, you are working your way up from zero.

Ok, probably it was a bug of Forza Hub when he calculated the score after my first login because i’ve never played any chapter of Forza before this time.

not sure if this is just me but on the forza hub app it says i have rewards of like 1,500,000 in forza horizon 3 but when i get to the game its only 100,000 anyone know why im not getting full amount?
Probably my same problem, i see that Forza Hub has not been updated for a long time, there are the news from 2015, i had to redeem 710.000 crd but i have not received anything. Unfortunately, it seems we can’t do anything about it.
Hub 9ften show incorrect rewards payout. Look in the link I provided above, first page shows what you get in each game dependant on what tier you are at

my forza hub account say that i have 7 games redeemned, but it doesn´t let me install them, how can i install them?.
It’s in game rewards for those games, it doesn’t give you the actual game… You have to buy the game, play 8t, and collect the Forza rewards credits gifted to that game…
