Afaik, none of the driver gear is DLC at the moment. If it’s locked, it’s because you haven’t unlocked it, not because you don’t own it. Obviously if they introduce some paid dlc driver gear, then you’d have to pay money for it. Can’t see that happening though, although they may well have new driver gear available in the monthly car packs. Can you imagine the fallout if T10 introduce paid DLC for stuff that you only ever see in the loading screen or main menu? #lynchmob

In that case, I’m not sure I follow the question. I can’t see driver gear being made available in the Auction House though, as you can’t get duplicates. If you get open a crate and get a driver gear you already have, you get a credit reward instead, so nobody will ever have any spares to sell.
If a DLC car was up for sale in the FH3 auction house, you could make a bid only if you had already downloaded said DLC from the MS store. The locked cars and monkey suits in FM7 may need to be unlocked in the traditional way(s) before they will be available to you in the auction house. As this will make these items genuinely rare, the auction house won’t be filled with 20million cr 250 GTO’s and Tarzan loincloths because players may not be willing to part with them, at least not before they unlock the appropriate achievement.
Ah now I get you, sorry. I think the driver suits are only unlocked once you actually get them though. They’re not unlocked just by levelling up, you have to physically get it from a loot crate, or select it as a level up reward, so they will always be locked. As for the cars though, if the cars are only available through Forzathon or Speciality Dealer, they won’t be unlocked by anyone before they’ve been made available to everyone anyway. Hopefully after the Forzathon/Speciality Dealer event has passed, the car(s) will then be unlocked for purchase from the auction house, so that those that missed them won’t miss out.
I never thought of that Nuge, it’d be a good idea seeing how they have so-called ‘exclusives’ hidden in these crates. But, a good idea doesn’t guarantee it’ll be a reality, can only ‘hope’ I guess.
I’d happily trade my Audi suit for the Australian one (the only other suit that I’d want which also eludes me no matter how many creds I waste).

I also got a doubled driver suit of a suit I already had. That was the last crate I plan to ever purchase.
I was just messing around last night and blew 330,000 on a crate. Got the day of the dead gear first try.

The things you get for a 300.000+ price crate is not worth it. Even low lvl mods cards are included! And a car also worth nothing.
Might as well save your credits and buy the cars you really want, cause it will ruin you in the end buying those crates.

Yes the crates are mostly junk. Definitely not worth it unless you got lots of credits to blow.

Part of the problem is that it is a RNG roulette wheel. I just watched a video of a guy who spent 100 mil on crates and he had received the same legendary suit 5 times. I realize that it is random but they should keep track of what you have already won and randomly pick from the items you do not possess yet, that would be more of an incentive to buy the crates. Same can be said regarding cars this guy ended up with multiple ( 5/6) identical cars, at least if I know that I have a chance for a car that it be for something I do not have instead of getting the same cars/suits/badges over and over again. After watching that video for a while I got bored and stopped but the extent of the same cars/badges/suits coming up was alarming really. I can understand duplicate mod cards but for the collectible items like cars/suits/badges it would be better to be able to see the end game, realizing that at some point after spending countless millions on crates you should be able to confidently achieve 100 per cent of the collectibles. Based on that video it seems to me that they are just trying to find a way for you to burn all your hard earned credits on the crates and force you to grind it out… I hope they revisit the drop rates and way the RNG works cause it seems kind of broken to me as it stands now. No one is forcing you to buy crates however there are achievements associated with accumulating x number of suits as well as car collections.

Day of the Dead suit, where? I got the mummy suit. Is the other Halloween themed suits in those crates? Or is this suit just a random?
That one in particular seems harder to get i spent about 40 millions trying for it and my friend spent another 25 or so million looking for it but neither of us got it.
Honestly turn 10 needs to make these far less rare. Especially if they are going to be limited exclusives for Halloween. Spending 20 hours to get a suit is really depressing. Honestly i wish they would release them all because when i getthe atronaut suits it eill be thr only suits i ever wear making the other 500 suits worthless.
Honestly pound for pound fm6 was a better game in nearly every single regard with the exception of slight graphical improvement and slight load time improvement. Game play wise fm6 is better in every way. I feel like they really dropped the ball on this game. I like others am hoping for a xbox one x suprise update that fixes everything. Although i suspect it will just be more problems.
At least the next game in the series is horizon which i have loved all of. I will definately quit the series though if horizon comes out as a piece of garbage.

I got the day of the dead suit in the most expensive crate the first time.
I’m trying to get the Day of the Dead outfit but no luck so far.
In fact, I don’t think I’ve even seen a Legendary from the 40 or so Crates I have opened.
Took me 113 crates (I think) to get the Skeleton thing I wanted (3rd legendary). The OP must’ve been ‘Super Lucky’ to get it all so cheap… I’m just glad I never have to buy another crate, well, until they decide to put a decent car in one. With my luck, I’m not looking forward to that day.
