I also am having issues with the carpass cars already released,not being available i do have the premium add on with the game pass version of the base game.
Iām having the same problem.
I have the exact same problem, bought all the addons with the premium edition but none of the dlc cars are showing in the garage, nor have I gotten the first car pass car. And IĀ“m playing the game just in one account and one device, please correct this ASAP
OK so support replied and gave me what now seems to be the standard response. Primary account/secondary account family sharing etc. If you have read my previous posts you will know that I am not sharing but have an MS store account and an Xbox app account, one PC and just me.
They did say this:

Obviously the āgame sharingā phrase they use is incorrect. For those that are interested here is my reply to them. Apologies if the text is a bit small, hopefully you can zoom in!

I can ony assume, there are 100ās or 1000ās of the same issue being reported & are working on a solution but would be nice to recieve a mini-auto-responce to the effect of:

Is the Forza support for real here? Cause that will mean that I will never buy another premium edition of Forza ever again. Iāve bought the last 4, at least, because it allowed me and my brother to enjoy the game together as we both got the benfits and nobody got an advantage over the other. With this change there will be no point for me to buy it anymore. Though I canāt really understand why they would change this. This change does literally nothing, but make loyal customers mad whom have bought the previous Forza premium editions expecting it to work the same. Itās not like I am not now suddenly going to buy two premium editions, but more likely to never buy another one again. This whole thing smells of EA short term money grab compared the previous brand building that Forza has been doing. But hey, they might make a few bucks more with this game so it looks good on the reports this time, ignoring the fact that they will lose out money long term instead.
I am a PC user who purchased FM8 under a different acct from my XBox live acct. Premium pack was showing as purchased and did not allow the option to re-purchase (not like I would have). No cars, credits, etc in the game itself.
I just spent 38 mins (with a very nice gentleman with an accent), and we were able to move my purchase from my store account to my Xbox live account. After moving the purchase over to my XBox acct, I saw the items for the Premium pack added to the game.
Looks like they refunded from one account and charged on the XBox Live acct.
I take it you contacted Xbox support rather than Forza support for this? Iām wanting to do the same thing since Iām in the same situation.
VIP drivers suits not working for pit crews doesnt show them wearing the one you select fix this immediately VIPs paid extra money for these its not ok for it to not be working
Yeah same here. I only have the crown in the nickname and the suits. No bonus credits, no bonus cars, not even the carpass carā¦ Quite frustrating to pay that price, get early access and have such a terrible launch. As if the graphics problems werenāt enoughā¦
Interesting. When I contacted Xbox support they said to talk to Forza support because they knew of others that were in the same situation and Forza support had given them access to the premium items.
You can buy the premium add on pack for the āXbox Live accountā if you log in to the MS store with that account and purchase it. It has been confirmed that this works and gives you the correct access. The cost however is prohibitive and this is not a proper solution.
Seems Xbox support did the right thing by you. That is exactly what I am asking Forza support to do - move the license from the MS store account to the Xbox account.
May I ask how you contacted Xbox support, by what method?
Same problem here. My husband bought the VIP Upgrades and everything works fine, on my console there is the crown beneath my name (Zeraphina79) and it says everything is unlocked but the premium things donāt show up ingame.
I too am having the same issues. Went in on the game with a friend. He got everything. I got no cars, no money, but I did have early access. I completed the builders cup intro series, but have not received one car from the premium pack. It says I own all the car packs and passes, yet it wont give me access to the cars. I have tried everything, even uninstalling the game.

i was having a similar issue on pc. I was able to fix it by logging onto the main account on ms store and having my account logged into xbox. (i did not get any of the money or cars for free, but i am able to buy them)

Yes, I called XBox support. Basically they had me re-purchase the game (and a DLC that I purchased under the different account) on the gaming acct and then credited the purchases on the non-gaming account. I donāt think this is something Forza support can do.
I started with XBox Support subscriptions and billing. Of course they try to solve with links but eventually I got to an area where I put in my phone number and had them give me a call.
Whatās wrong with this game? Yesterday i had x2 vip bonus but today donāt recive it? 3 times roll.
