I’m not sure if this is the right thread for my question, please forgive and correct me if it’s not.
In anticipation to the arrival of Horizon 5, i’m wrapping things up in 4, and part of that is, i’m trying to collect every single car in the game. I’m down to 30 or so cars, but i need the Aston Martin DB11 PO, and i found that po cars are not available through auction anymore, so my question is, could you maybe add it to Horizon Backstage, or as a seasonal/forza reward, or perhaps just as a gift for the loyal players who have driven thousands of hours in these beautiful games, and for sure gonna drive thousands more haha…

I too am disappointed that there are no PO cars in the Backstage. I was really hoping that would be an area for “true” hard-to-find cars. They’re handing out Backstage Passes like wheelspins nowadays, and the “prizes”… well, they’re only a couple steps better than emotes and clothing… Unfortunately, however, I don’t think there’s anyone from the official Forza franchise actually paying any attention to these threads :-/

It would be super nice to finally get the Camaro and Focus PO. The last cars for me.
I have 2 of the Camaro PO cars (Can’t remember why) but of course, I can’t auction my spare one…
I just checked and I also have 2 of the Focus PO cars…
I would gladly give you my spares if I could!!
The only cars i don’t have, and never will obtain are the Aston Martion DB11 PO, and the new hot wheel legends pack, bc i’m not gonna spend 9,99 on a car pack when the next game is around the corner…
The rest i can still get through auction, and backstage.
Need like 15 cars to be done with what i CAN get…
But way to ruin my goal to get to a 100% collection…
You wouldn’t have 100% collection if they hadn’t released them. No one is going to be at 100% because we’ll never have the Owens P1.

Yeah, okay, you got me there… 
I said for FH3(still irked about that one) and I’ll say it again, release the PO cars as a separate pack for free. The game is over now, no sense in not doing it. Especially in this case since they were given out and there was no real incentive to choose a specific retailer. I’ll die happy with my day 1 McLaren PO tho.
The best actual advice I can give is pay attention during the holidays and anniversaries. That’s when they popped up, if the playlist is repeated it should be like that again.

Adding my voice to the call to re-release the pre-order cars. I want to finish my Forza Horizon 4 car collection and those are among the last I don’t have.

If we pre order FH5 it’d be nice to get set of fh4 PO cars. I’m still undecided so that’d help

I already ordered the premium version of horizon 5… Missing a couple of cars wouldn’t make me skip the next installment…
But yeah, it’s a bit of a downer i can’t complete this goal i had set for myself.
Hopefully the devs see this topic, and take a little pity on us 
It would sway me too. I am still not happy I couldn’t get a Capri FE without buying it because their features on this game are still not fixed…

I’d recommend paying attention every week from now on to the sales in the shop…they love to sneak stuff in…also the week FH5 releases, you’ll see something happening in the shop for FH4 (or so I would anticipate)…we’ve had weeks of sales, weeks of give-aways or low FP-point sales, etc. One time it was like multiple cars where normally it’s only 2, or the one from a few weeks ago where the cars rotated daily and were dirt cheap, etc. That one year with the “12 days of Christmas” sales, and so forth.
But also worth mentioning: PO cars are just cars with buffed stats, no sense agonizing if they never re-release them, its not the end o’ the world in the whole scheme of things

All they need to do is take the ban off sales in the AH, which should not have been applied in the first place, and people who really wanted any missing PO cars would be able to obtain them.

+1. If not for this forum I wouldn’t even know they were banned in the AH, because they come up in the AH search. If they’re searchable, they should be sellable.
Why were they even banned?
This was the answer someone received when they asked support:
"Hello,
The pre order cars have been blacklisted from the auction house because they are for players that preordered the game.
Thanks,
Forza Support Team"
This answer obviously ignores the fact that all but one PO car (I think) has been made available to all players at some point either as gifts, prizes or in the shop, so it’s perfectly possible to have obtained one or more through other means.

That’s a pretty funny response from support there. Whether dishonest or ignorant, who knows - probably just the latter.
I have all the PO cars as many of us do, and IIRC I got them all through the auction house before they were banned.
When FH5 comes out, just make every single car in FH4 available to buy in the auto show.
