I joined the FH4 Bandwagon very late but have been massively enjoying the game. I already managed to collect over 700 vehicles, and about every car that I’m still missing is pretty rare.
E.g.
AM DB11 PO
Camaro ZL1 PO
McLaren 720S PO
Ford Capri FE.
Fiat Dino
Toyota 2000GT
Toyota Celica GT
I suspect that I can grind for most of the vehicles that I’m missing, but given that I expect most players to move on to FH5, and that some of those vehicles are impossible to buy from the Auction House anyway there’s nothing that I can do about PO and super rate vehicles other than waiting for them to eventually drop in the Forzathon Shop or as a Festival Playlist reward.
I guess that my main question is: Will there be a way for someone like me to eventually obtain all rare vehicles?
What I mean is, between automated festival lists, backstage passes and Forzathon Shop can a player eventually obtain all hard to find vehicles / including PO?
I would love to fully complete my collection and own every vehicle in the game (Other than McLaren P1 Owens Edition of course). But I don’t want to grind any further if this ship has sailed.
If staff haven’t already done it, could someone officially confirm if all hard-to-find vehicles can still be obtained in game?
Doubtful. The PO cars used to be on auction house, as were Legos.
At end of life everything should be available.
We can hope, but hit the auction. Vuhl is another fun car to get if you don’t have one.
I have 748 cars, the only 4 missing are all Pre-Order ones. AM DB11 PO, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 PO, McLaren 720S PO and the Ford Focus PO.
Never seen any in the Auction,Forzathon Shop or as Seasonal/weekly prizes since the start of this year when I started playing FH4.
It’d be a sweet farewell gesture as FH4 is gradually wound down to release the HardToFind vehicles so us latecomers can complete the collection.
If I had the opportunity I’d set up half a dozen or so new barn-finds or ‘Fortune Island-esque Treasure Troves’, each hiding a P.O. or hard-to-find vehicle… purely for us unlucky completists.
There’s only one legal ‘Completist’ (if he even chooses to be), and that is the “Owen” who is the only player ever allowed to ‘legally’ own the 2013 McLaren P1 Owen’s Edition’.
I personally would have liked for the devs to release the ‘Austin HS’ as a parting gift!
The PO cars may come this christmas/holiday season again in the forzathon shop, available for a small amount of forzathon points. Some of they were there available the last year as part of a kind of advent calendar, where you get a new car each day until the christmas day.
Didn’t claim mine as I already had them, and as they got all a pre-owner by default as you got them, there are not sellable at the auction house.
Whilst it’s possible, I wouldn’t count on it being a small amount of points this time around…bearing in mind that, once they changed the weekly playlist to the recycled ones, they increased the forzathon Shop point prices: Wheelspin and Super Wheelspins both doubled in price, car prices are also much more than they were
I’m in much the same boat. I’ve been here from the start, but busy weeks, a house move, etc, mean I’ve got about 6 Playlist prize cars still to pick up. Every so often I set myself the task of tracking them down, but if they’re not in the current Playlist, Backstage Pass, or Auction House then the trail goes cold.
It would be great to have a way to pin them down before the new game starts.
I have every car in the game, I even have some spare rare cars including a couple of extra PO cars.
Now and again I put these rare cars up cheap so users who dont have them get a chance but they just get sniped. It’s also super frustrating I cant transfer over the spare POs I have.
How do you know they get sniped? I’ve never seen a pattern in people purchasing the ones I sell. I suspect that the majority will have found good homes.
I sincerely hope they put all cars to be available to purchase in game, be in one shop or another.

Funny thing this sniping and such, few weeks ago I put 3 extra cars on sale (their initial buyout being 6, 9 and 12M) for lowest price (something like 150k each) and 3 hours time. Long story short, they were all bought by same person. Never seen even two from one batch being bought by same person, now all three.
The promo one shouldn’t be an issue…just create a drag strip event, choose the option that lets you choose specific cars, then choose the car you need and another with a similar stock PI value…start the race and then photo the one you are missing; rinse and repeat. Unless you are doing the Promo organically of course…in which case, never mind.
I could see them not offering them. Plenty of Porsche’s you cannot acquire in H3 but least you have a chance in the AH. They should let us auction the PO’s. I have duplicates I would gladly sell.
Is the Porsche PO car you can obtain via the Eliminator event a participation prize or do you actually need to win the event to reach it. I truly hate the event and hate the idea of having to grind it out but…you know…just curious.
It’s participation but requires quite a lot of participation as you have to reach a certain level at Eliminator - tier 20. The better you do, the quicker you move through the levels. It’s several hours though I’d have thought to get it.
For photos I have some blueprinted drag races for some.
Look up gamer tag. Few have used them but they cover a few series and makes. Hth.
They dropped Lego and PO from auction about same time, and Ctype Jag earlier.
