It’s clear this is not a new game, as Forza Motorsport 6 was not a new game either. These are incremental updates every two years, there’s no new modeling of cars or anything like that. They basically reuse the assets from previous Forza games (including both Motorsport and Horizon) and if there’s a glitch in some, it will stay in the next game too, unless they manually fix it. What may be new is the underlying technology, given the dynamic weather and the Xbox Play Anywhere support, but game assets are not new at all. It’s the same content poured into a new dish every time if you like.

It’s just unbelievable how the same bug slips into FM7 like it did in FM6.
Makes you wonder how “original” the code of FM7 is, seeing it was made for PC from the ground up.
The way game is excessively using CPU, stutterings and other problems are enough to understand this argument was just a marketing point. It’s not “built from the ground up for pc”. Not at all. It’s a port.
