It must not being same with GT or ACC, but i would recommend a rating system, based on safety skills and clean driving. A rating gives many benefits like having equal competitors.

So the have one in Motorsport 7 but it’s not that harsh and they have in multiplayer a hopper that is beta for that so most players I think play with a controller so there playing from an arcade perspective but they should just add more to there league racing in 7 it’s 2 hoppers at a time where there could be 6-8 switching daily in my opinion.
Would need a penalty system for dirty racers online, not aware of any motorsports organization that lets racers ram each other off the track
