PC Version -> Can't sync save data

I was never able to sync saves on the PC version. My Xbox One version works just fine.

No error code, just the “we can’t sync right now”

I can describe exactly how it behaves. because it’s so predictable that I know it’s a bug, If you clear the app (reset) so all saves are cleared, first time you open the game it starts to sync…

And you can see the actual download speed on the network properties

until it hits 85% and then sudently it stops downloading

you can see the badwidth usage goes to 0

and it shows “We can’t sync your data with the cloud right now” Play Offline - Try Again

After that point, nothing you do will resume the process, if you click on “try again” it stucks at 0%, nothing gets downloaded and inmmediatly it says “we can’t sync your data with the cloud right now”

I tried hitting the try again button like an hour straight… but it’s like the game stops connecting with the servers. It’s completely broken.

Before you say IS THE DNS, ITS YOUR CONNECTION. This works pefectly fine on my Xbox One that is running on THE SAME CONNECTION in THE SAME HOUSE. This is Windows 10 specific.

Yes, I did tried several DNS servers (including google), yes I tried other internet connections (I have 2). Nothing works, the PC version is completely broken on my PC and I’ve downloaded this monstruosity of 90GB 2 times now… I am not going to do it again.

So I’m kinda stuck playing only on the Xbox One as my progress won’t get saved on the PC version. This sucks big time. How on earth can a game of this caliber have such a horrible bug?. Microsoft should just resign it’s Store and sell this game on Steam.null

It is a Windows10 corruption of some kind, i used to have the same problem with the syncing, only reinstalling Windows10 clean solved it for me, or perhaps you could try upgrading to the latest windows-insider preview build.

Really?. Upgrading or reinstalling Windows right now is almost criminal. I have Forza 3 with all the DLCs, Forza 7 Ultimate… Gears of War 4… this is when I hate Windows Store even more for not letting me do backups as Steam does. I have to reinstall 233GB of Data !!!

Same darn exact thing happens to me… I’m annoyed by this and the fact this is the only place I’ve found someone else with this problem. This needs to be fixed fast because if not I’m going to end up calling either Microsoft support for game service or Turn 10… i still haven’t beem able to play with my friend online… i still haven’t been able to play on the PC… and i can’t play right now on the XB1 since the Xbox One now doesn’t display anything to my TV but it does to my projector… but that might be a cable problem since there’s many cables in the TV room and well, that will take tomorrow to get fixed… and on the projector i could be playing but on the projector it’s been having an issue since some time ago in which some distorting lines appear while i play…

Same problem here. Now, I just can play on XBOX One. But now, I want to play it on my PC. How do we fix this?
