I’ve been having this problem for a while now and I want it to get fixed and I’ve tried everything except reinstalling windows which I really don’t want to do. it is kind of annoying when I spend the money to buy the ultimate version of this game when it does not even work.
I can’t sync right now either. It’s the first time I’ve had the issue though.
EDIT: Apparently I am able to sync and play on the XBOX ONE X just fine. On the PC version, however, it’s just stuck at 0% progress on the syncing. I let it sit for a few minutes, but nothing happened.
EDIT2: 8 hours later I am still unable to sync and play on PC.
Still can’t sync on the PC the next day. Stuck on 0% forever. Are they ever going to fix this, I wonder?
As you can see, my internet connection is fine.
EDIT: After leaving it running in the background for an unreasonable amount of time, it finally started syncing. It took more than 5 minutes before it even reached 1%.
