Was the stuttering or micro stutter issue fixed for PC?
i really want to purchase the game but the stuttering i had in the demo was a deal breaker especially with the system i have.
i got a i7 7700k and a 1080Ti

CPU usage is still so high even a 5Ghz Quad core won’t be able to play it at 100Hz.
Well that is a shame 
Yeah it’s not the smooth experience we all expected sadly. To be honest latest nvidia drivers resolved gpu issues; but cpu core 0 is still the only one to work hard. Resulting in framerate jumps at least one or two times during a race. Even worse, sometimes it’s running in slow motion for 3 or 4 seconds then going back to 60fps like nothing happened.
Of course, and just to be clear, followed all the advices gave here :
Windows profile set to High performance (resulting in turbo boost running all time)
Windows game mode off
Nvidia pannel High perf
Set priority to High for forza.exe
Windows defender off (!)
Must add I just made a proper w10 reinstall with just the minimum (basically only office, vlc, winrar, chrome, steam and origin)
Uninstalled too a maximum of windows useless apps (those I couldnt uninstall automatically, I did it with ccleaner).
So I’m here now, with still my forza love, but a bit fed up with this broken forza engine (at least on pc). Bought day one fh3; instantly refunded you know why. Bought it again 6 months later, thanks to the multithread performance patch. Then bought all dlcs, all car packs except VIP.
Must confess despite the perf patch, fh3 not working flawlessly though.
Looks like I’m in a deja vu thing here, except I didnt ask for a refund of my ultimate f7 edition.
Crazy how much I love the spirit of these forza games (fh3 in particular), crazy how much these games are hating my pc. Which is sad. Planning to buy a Coffee lake + 16gb ddr4 next christmas just to brute force these two non optimized to death games…

Hey Nitro Glitter, thanks a lot for your input but no thanks, as my personnal issues can be easily reproduced on any old fart i7 @turn10 studios if they still have some haswell gen pcs around. I mean, don’t want to run into useless talks with whatever forzab IT guy telling me to download the latest nvidia drivers or w10 upgrades because I know what I’m doing and my hardware is up to date. Having these issues only with forza games, like thousands of gamers, so it’s just up to them not to me, as one more dxdiag between trillions won’t change anything.
Just want to chill in Australia tonight on fh3 right now, as this game is working almost nicely for me these days.
Will come back to f7 when t10 guys will give us a real multithread patch (or this christmas if my future i7 8700k can brute force this game);
