Yesterday Microsft send me an email about (We’re having trouble authorising your payment)

Thank you for shopping with us. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to authorise the selected payment method for the Microsoft order that you placed on 15 September 2018.
Please update your chosen payment method to prevent the order from being cancelled.

So i try to update my payment method but i don’t have any other card. I also don’t have any problem shopping online with my card before this. So i used the same card. When i check my order history, it still show my payment failed but the game still in my Microsoft store and it shows “You own this product” and the game continue downloading. My question is, is it my payment success even my order history show “Payment Failed” ?
You should probably get on a chat with Microsoft support to get a reliable answer. If the Store actual does recognize you as owning the product, you should be able to reboot your device (PC or console?) and try redownloading the game.
Hey man i had the same problem, i am from Sweden so my card needed to be open for purchases outside your country. I don’t know where you are from but try that or call Microsoft which i did and they helped me out and the payment went through.
Hey guys, does someone know when they cancel the order automatically when a payment have failed ?? I pre ordered and had the same message as you, they say they will cancel the order, I got the message 1 week ago and I still got the licence and everything.
Well guys I had the same problem and I contact them and all they said is if you pre-order it will take ur money out soon they want.
My payment failed and I was like why but they said to wait and if something goes wrong they will contact you. Also when you pre-order you will have the game in your account so they can’t take it out!
They said nothing to worry about!
After 2 days… they took out my 100€, (payment always said failed and from nothing it worked, it takes time maybe because is lots of people pre-ordering. Also the below the payment it says it can take until day 28th the payment! so just relax you all got the game!
