okay here’s the thing, on forza horizon 3, you go to the paint download of community paintjobs and most of it is nothing but anime girls. that stuff should be banned from forza what do you guys think?

I’ve seen plenty of other paints other than anime girls. TBH, unless they are nude, there is no reason why they cannot be in the game. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be allowed.

Its art they are not naked they have on cloths and you have the option to disable Driverta Livarys in game hub settings. And ther should be lots more as good ones are hard to find for all car models.

After consulting the Microsoft Code of Conduct if you believe something violates the regulations, use the in-game Report function. That sends a copy of the item to Turn 10/Playground Games. Only their employees can determine violations of the rules and take appropriate action.
Remember, this function is a two-way street. Reporting inappropriate items is fine, but reporting inaccurately can also result in a ban of the person making false claims.

The paints on Forza 6 are sooooo much better, top paints are usually relevant “special” liveries for race cars and special editions - FH3 is mostly a bunch of semi-poor efforts with the odd realistic paintjob

The paint jobs that ACTUALLY should be banned are the black-vinyls-over-zinc “null car” ones. They’re the lowest effort possible and have gotten too many people to legend painter status.

I would use that as a base to work from for the occasional design if not for all the yellowish seams. Of course, it would be unnecessary to even consider if the matte paint wasn’t too shiny/washed out.

Reading and understanding are two different pair of shoes… I was referring to the ‘one layer on zinc’ comment. A car has five sides to put a layer on. That’s why I call those ‘painters’ 5 layer legends.
I didn’t mean any paint with some good placed stripes. That’s a big difference.

I didn’t mean any offense, sorry if what I wrote didn’t come out right. To be honest, I didn’t know that the zinc thing is how people were doing that. I thought they were just tracing the body gaps and seams.
As I said, I’m amazed at the talent level of folks on here. My taste is more the muscle car, hot rod style. I have spent my fair share of time working on liveries and vinyls, just haven’t got the skill those guys have. It takes me a while to find where that “Well placed stripe” needs to be, lol.

I agree, clean and simple looks great. It’s certainly more my style for sure. But clean and simple doesn’t necessarily mean a couple of vinyls and call it good. That’s not to say that there aren’t some cars that look amazing with a well places stripe or 2.
I have 5 star rated paints are 5 layers! Very simple quick designs can be popular with people who just want something a little different.
The anime themed cars are based on a real life car culture in Japan. Owners wrap their cars in vinyl just like the paints in Forza. I download, vote, install and sometimes delete them just to boost the designers rating. They put an enormous amount of effort on those designs for basically nothing but our acknowledgment. And selling Porsches for 20 mil.

I hate the Trump designs, too. But, they don’t violate the TOU, so I’m not demanding they get banned. I just uploaded a pair of “Anti-Trump” van liveries. My fav, (and apparently the community’s fave, based on the number of downloads) is the GMC with the “Make America Great Again” slogan in Russian. Just creating the Russian characters was a challenge, so I have a lot of respect for someone that can make designs that look like printed anime-girl wraps or airbrushed murals.

We may not agree politically but this is the best response possible and i salute you patriot. I had many popular anti Hillary paints in FM6 that were removed by MS or T10 even though the did not violate the TOU.
