It’s been about 2 years now and online doesn’t work for me. Tuning, auction house, online racing, you name it, not even Horizon Life. I’ve tried literally everything imaginable. I quite literally bought a whole new gaming laptop (went from windows 10 to 11). I’ve set my house in Mexico; my network and connection are completely fine. I play the game through windows on the Xbox app btw. I’ve been really wanting to play Forza, but I literally can’t use 75% of this game’s functions.

I have 2 Xbox accounts for PC, and in one of them I actually am banned for I have no idea why, I’ve never been on VC or anything bannable. I do actually get a pop-up ban message. But, on my other account, I don’t get any ban message so I’m def not banned there… (Both accounts I can’t go online)

I just submitted a ticket in the “F5 report new Issues” part of the forum. That’s what I was supposed to do right? - oh wait I see this one was transferred to that category as well, is submitting a ticket separate?
