Hi guys ,

since few hours , it seems the online functionnality doesn’t work anymore for me :confused:
I can’t go in online race.
have you the same behaviour ?

a message said to me my gamertag was excluded from this functionnality but why ???

It sounds like you’ve copped a ban. I’ll flag this post for a mod to look at.

a ban ??? I hope it s not a ban cos I dont understand :
I always drive very carefully and try to avoid collision but some players drive very bad and hit me but I try to avoid them after !

Don’t forget that bans aren’t only for bad racing, offensive paint jobs can also cause a ban from multiplayer.

I have all my cars with stock paint and I dont use personal paint jobs .

Tonight , same problem :frowning:
and still no answer from the support forzafb@microsoft.com

I just contacted support xbox live and the guy told me there s no problem on my account xbox live.
but he also told me to check directly with forza support why I could’nt access online functionnality

There was a one time occurance for me when trying to get in to a hopper. It had created a quality connection, but upon selecting hopper, it wouldn’t let me in. It wouldn’t let me in any of the hoppers.

I exited multiplayer, went to leagues. It entered a league race fine, it was on progress so I backed out, went back to multiplayer and didn’t have any issue getting to to any hopper.

Freak thing? IDK

I saw on other forum that a ban can be explained by picture offense on cars but all my cars paint are stock !

I may be experiencing the same issue, was on earlier today, now, servers seem to be down.

Weird things are happening here as well.

  • leagues servers were offline
  • I could do rivals but it didn’t update that I did them later
  • right now rivals don’t even load, all data fields are empty
  • I did not get the rewards from last week’s league like it always does on a Sunday

There is definitely some technical problem going on

I think also server problem on turn10 side , but it s strange , some of my friend could play without problem yesterday.

Many online functions are not working.

  • online features only available after signing in several times. If not they state not available (forzathon, rivals, multiplayer)
  • rivals not registering fastest lap correctly. On the Road America rival it registered a first, slow, dirty lap but none of the fast clean laps after that.

I have been having many issues getting online to work at all when signing in to the game.
Reboot Xbox and router does not work.

Seems to be a server side issue that has gotten worse over the last week.

Which explains why the PC version wasn’t loading for me last night, unlike the Xbox version the game won’t load when the servers are dead.

This would explain the auction house randomly working. I won an auction but I can’t claim the car. Extremely ticked off right now. It’s always something. I barely play because I can’t enjoy a game if I’m always waiting for the next glitch to happen. I’ve been extremely positive and optimistic about this game up until now but it’s really wearing on me at this point.
