Online can't work !!!!!

The problem still same, but now I got a new router from T-Home, but the 90 euro game I can’t connect to online in this game… this is very confusing. The soul of the game is Online!!!

Please help me! :frowning:

did you forward the necessary ports?

  1. Click Start , type services.msc in Start search box and hit Enter.
  2. Right-click the Peer Networking Grouping service and select Properties .
  3. Check if the service is started; if not, right-click and select Start .
  4. You may also set the Startup type to Automatic under Properties .
  5. Click OK .
    and restart the computer. if that dosent work. do this to.
    . Run command Prompt as administrator
  6. Type “netsh” and press enter
  7. Type “int teredo” and press enter
  8. Type “set state disabled” and press enter
  9. Type “int ipv6” and press enter
  10. Type “set teredo client” and press enter

and maybe even…

turn windows defender (windows firewall) back on and it should work

Hello i have the exact same problem (but i’m in France if that matter). I apologize in advance if my english is not correct but I try my best.
I wanted to post about this but you did it first.

I’ll add some information for my case. I play on pc, I have Windows 10 up to date.
I can play the multiplayer of any game i want but this just won’t allow me to play with my friends and i don’t get why.

Yesterday i tried many different manipulation with my NAT and with Teredo but nothing works…

Please someone help us we are deseperate or at least i am…

just after i posted this workaround, which helped me at first, i experienced the same and ever harder teredo problems as before.
and also for me nothing really helped. teredo error and closed nat
i tried a lot, but then all of a sudden, nat opened and teredo was fine. - i could play the game online and without any crashes.

it doesn´t seem to be a fault on the client side (hardware, isp etc.) but a windows/ms problem…
it´s just a coincidence if it´s working or not
