I don’t get why it was removed from the game to begin with. My all time favorite car. I have nothing but respect for John Delorean and what he was able to pull off. Most of us dream of starting our own car company from scratch. This man did just that.

No, he wasn’t. In fact, he was innocent, and all charges were dropped.

Yeah he started his own company from scratch and none of it was shady at all. lol
I expected on Forza to open the door and a white cloud to drift out and my driver to slump out onto the floor…

With all the lawsuits that have been flying in recent years, between the family, and the “new” DMC, it wouldn’t surprise me if the lawyers can’t figure out who has the rights to license the car at this time, lol. Been some bad blood over the rights apparently. Not sure if that’s effecting video games or not, but I think they’re all still in the courts currently.

I read this morning that it got settled today. In terms of licensing agreements I believe DMC was being sued over the use of the DeLorean name and that included its use in any merchandise that they licensed it to.

I would imagine DMC would refuse to allow/sell anyone the right to use the car until that lawsuit was settled otherwise it would probably cost them more money. <---- Personal speculation.

Would go nicely with the Fast and the Furious cars, but I’m not too fussed. Burnout Paradise beat everyone to the punch half a decade ago. :stuck_out_tongue:

It would be nice to see the DeLorean return though.

However, I’m spending the day more focused on waiting to see if Nike drop the Air Mag and then proceed to bankrupt myself.
