It says I redeemed 1.4 million credits for my monthly reward last month but I got nothing and this month it said I redeemed 1.8 million credits as my reward but got nothing once again.

You redeem the credits once a week and they arrive via in-game message for you to download. As with all in-game message they only have a lifespan of 30 days. If they are not redeemed in-game within 30 days they go away.

I always redeem them but sometimes they just never show up, the weekly ones always do but never the monthly ones because as far as I know forza still has both
Rewards went from monthly to weekly starting in August. So no, Forza does not still have both. I think you’re just confused by the section that shows the cumulative total of all the rewards you’ve redeemed.

exactly as flatdarkmars has said …that’s the cumulative amount, at tier 5 you dont get that amount anyway…even tier 8 doesnt
I get them on FM4 but they never appear on Horizon 2?
I’m guessing that you’re playing FH2 on the 360, aren’t you? Rewards only accrue to the One version.
