Hi, i have been playing for a couple of days now so go easy on me.
I am more a fan of rally racing and from what i have seen so far, i’m pretty much in the minority. Now ofc anyone can like the types of cars the like, i don’t judge but am i missing something here?
Is there a way to ‘‘filter’’ out all the drag/drift racers i keep seeing, because i really do like this game so far. It is just the community that i don’t seem to fit in, is there a way to find more people like me through the game?

There are definitely rally fans out there - just look at some of the design jobs on some historically rally-racing vehicles - but they are definitely in the minority in public multiplayer lobbies. Your best way to align with similarly interested drivers might be to peruse the Xbox Club section on the Xbox One; I know there are several rally themed ones (that run across several different games, FH3 included).
Blizzard Mountain gave a bit of a taster of some rally content, but I do wish the next expansion was entirely rally-themed (like in the first FH’s expansion) or featured some elements of rallycross. I am hoping so, but am prepared to be disappointed, particularly after Dirt 4’s publishers have stated they have several of the official FIA World Rallycross sites in their game.
There are quite a few cars from the Group B era to choose from. Hardly anyone races rally on Forza anymore. Basically the people that do tend to stay in The Bliz (or if they’re on Horizon 2, Storm Island).
Both of those expansions are wonderful but if you do actually go in an online freeroam session in either expansion, you won’t come across many other players. Even more so with Horizon 2 in general. Storm Island is literally the loneliest now. You’d see more activity from drivatars in offline career than you would in a public online freeroam session.

Another Rally type here, usually in a Lancia Stratos or Audi Quattro.
Not online very often though.
