Content Update: First noticed on the 8th of august, could not figure out how to report but i made a reddit post and did not get an answer.
Since you’ve tried reinstalling it sounds like a reboot of your device doesn’t clear this, but please confirm.
Are you able to select a car from this menu even though the image and info is not displayed? If so, does the info display in the tuning or upgrades menus?
Have you added any cars or saved changes to a car (tuning setting, upgrades, or paint) since this started happening? Sometimes triggering a save from changes can help restore menu display.
Have you tried updating the GPU driver? It looks like the most recent version is 581.29 released in September.
When you say everything else loads, do you mean all menus appear normally, including the Autoshow grid of cars? Have you experienced any other graphics issues or issues using cars or gameplay features even if they aren’t graphically related?
No. I can toggle detailed view and stats, and filter the cars but nothing ever shows up. the squares remain black and i cannot move or select a car.
I had not until now. But i just bought the 595 ESSEESSE 1968 Abarth from the autoshow. It switched to the abarth as my main car, the monza sp2 is gone and i can’t switch back to it and my cars is still the same as before, empty.
I am holding off on updating the drivers as others have complained about performance issues.
Both the auto show and the auction house open up normally. Online works too, and i can drive whatever car I’m loaded into normally without any issues. My cars is the only thing glitched.
I would encourage you to update the driver and if it causes performance issues to roll back to a previous driver.
