Hi - I’m brand new to racing games on Xbox One. I’m a huge FPS (Halo) fan. I just picked up FM6 cause it looked sweet! After racing a few games, I realized that I’m ready to try out more with the game. Drifting looks awesome, but I have no idea how to even start. On a stock car that isn’t tuned, what assists do I need to turn off to drift? Do I use the hand brake to drift?

I would start but using at least manual. As you get the feel for the drift handling then start using manual with clutch. Also turn off traction control, stability control.
I turn off all assists except I don’t use sim steering, just normal steering
