New 2016 Camaro!!!!

The new Camaro is here! The exterior looks almost the same, however, the interior and specs are a whole different story.

It was actually revealed Saturday of last week, so I’m guessing it’s not a Sunday Sports Car but a Saturday Sports Cars.

And now, with the war with the Mustang asking who is going to have the most horsepowers, Camaro will probably bring 15 horses more…

Oh, I knew that. I just wanted to see what you would think about #CamaroSix

What do I think about it? It is very evolutive next to the older generation of Camaro, which kept a neo-retro design I personally loved; the new one looks too modern for an old car: DEL lights should not be integrated on arts as such.

Craziness - 4-cylinder in a Camaro shouldn’t either be in. As always, you will be ‘‘launched’’ by the V8.

Now, in this war bringing three even cars (Camaro, Mustang, Challenger), there isn’t one rival who is better than another; like I said, it’s the public’s choice, and I will not try to convince a Camaro fan that the Mustang is better. Remember, ever since the introduction of the Mustang, the sales crushed the ones from Camaro, who was first in 2014. That means Chevrolet can’t miss this shot, otherwise they could lose a very profitable market.

according to some reviews, the blind spots are worse than ever with this ‘new’ car.

I do like the drop top but the coupe still hasn’t grown on me, I was on the fence of actually waiting to buy a 6th gen, but now I’m glad I went ahead and bought a 5th gen instead. The only thing I don’t like is the 4cyl. the concept didn’t work in the 80’s I don’t think it will work now.

I have to agree - a V6, that’s fine ; but a four-cylinder, that’s bad. Baring in mind Ford also has a four-cylinder turbo in their Mustang, and that the poor 2,3-liter doesn’t have as much energy as we would have hoped for, I am not looking forward to it. Finally, the Challenger is the last one alive, but I believe Dodge will fall in the trap as well in 2017, the year of the new generation of Challenger.

Unfortunately, we all need to get used to it. The upcoming emissions and gas mileage regulations are going to cause a sea change in how performance cars are made. When even Ferrari and Porsche have to go forced induction to meet their performance targets that spells the end of an era. It seems like the last great NA engine is going to be the upcoming V8 in the Shelby Mustang.
