My game crash after I press enter in first screen

The problem occurred a year ago, it is very upsetting to buy the game and not be able to play it.
I tried every possible solution, I gave my account to my friend to try it on his PC, same problem occurred. I really gave up because same exact problem happened with the previous title: FH4 and the support didn’t help.
The problem: After launching the game, I hit Enter to continue to play, the game freezes and crashes.

Reduce your resolution to HD 1920x1080 and see if that lets you start.

Had similar issue when first playing.

Hmm weird I never had this happened… Check your nvidia preset for Horizon 5, lower it down and just see if it starts, if not some ingame files might be corrupted.

I reinstalled the game, also my friend tried it. same error

Looks like you running Forza throught Steam, try to verify forza horizon 5 in steam.

  2. Right-click on your game.
  3. Select Properties from the menu.
  4. In the Properties menu, select ‘Local Files’ from the left-hand panel.
  5. On the Local Files page, select ‘Verify integrity of game files’

It says all files are validated

Sorry i dont know what’s issue

I am having the same issue (Steam version) as of September 2024, I’ve tried everything I could find to try and solve the issue:
Verifying game files
Reinstalling the game
Moving the game installation to different drives
Booting in Safe Mode and disabling / enabling various programs
Altering game resolution through nVidia App
Reset drivers through nVidia App
My hardware is:
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K 3.6GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengance 32GB
DirectX: 12
Graphics: nVidia GeForce RTX 3050 6GB
Game installed on M.2 SSD

I don’t know what else I can do to try and get past this problem, I’d given up for months and am just now willing to try again.
