Why can’t I change the music change?

You can change music stations… But I don’t think that’s what you’re asking

They should have some sort of partnership or integration with actual radios and/or streaming services. I’m getting sick of listening to the same stuff over and over again or having censored lyrics 'cause some snowflakes…

This. Which is not too crazy of an idea considering Future Classic (FH3) & Hospital Records are real record labels with music platforms etc etc

It’s an all-ages game. Nothing to do with the weather.

I set the music volume to 1. Problem solved. If I want music, I can stream whatever I want using my phone or computer.

Side note. Don’t set the music volume to zero because it disables skill songs, IIRC.

I’ve had skill song notifications with 0 volume. As long as you have some channel on and not off.

Setting the music to zero doesn’t disable skill songs, turning the radio to off does.

I don’t mind most songs but I do wish I could create my own playlists based on what songs are available as some songs I don’t care to listen to and can only skip by changing stations.

I also now sometimes turn off music although and listen to nothing which is something I never did in fh4. I do this mostly in rivals though as it can be beneficial only listening to car.

Everytime I login its that same song where the girl keeps saying hello, hello, hello, hello… LOL

Not that disabling Skill Songs is that big of a deal.

I usually have the music turned down to zero…I then have the game audio via in-ear headphone in one ear and then have music from my PC via my headset…so much better thta way.

I’ve said before, I still remember the days of Gran Turismo where you could add music to your console and then add it to the game in a custom playlist…used to spend most of my time playing that game listening to The Prodigy. And this was going back 10 years

I used to play online using a headset but the problem with that is some one would have loud music on in the background which was usually rubbish or they would have screaming kids or parents arguing or shouting at them first it was hilarious but then it got annoying.

FH3 also had Groove Music (Microsoft Spotify) integration but when it went belly up early 2018 they removed the feature and nothing replaced it in future iterations of the game.

I remember unlocking the 14 day trial of Groove Music for upgrading one of my festivals and it was like having a whole new radio station.

I also remember you being able to manipulate this feature to play music from your OneDrive after the trial was up.

Horizon NEEDS something like this again
