Multiplayer, Message Center, Rivals, Specialty Dealer and Sync issues - Urgently appreciated

Good day,

I have been trying to get into Multiplayer, Rivals, Message Center and Rewards for a couple of months.

I have tried all the fixes mentioned in the support forums with me not getting any further to the solution. I am an avid fan of Forza but, I cant believe that there is no solution to this problem from Turn 10

Problems:
No leagues
No rivals
No specialty dealer
No rewards
Game slow to load.
No messages from message Center.
Multiplayer is unable to connect yet I have an Xbox Live Gold Subscription

I have tried going offline and online while the game is on and no joy in playing Forza 7. All my other games including Forza Horizon 3 works fine in multiplayer.

Please Provide some sort of comment or Update to help all of us that need this fix

This game is a joke I have same problems for last two months. Sometimes It works but I have to restart game for ten times omg.
