I get the message ‘Multiplayer is currently unavailable. Please try again later’ and guess what I tried again later and it didn’t work. So then guess what… I tried again the next day. Guess what, it didn’t work. So would you believe I tried the day after that, and once again it said ‘try again later’ and I will tell you one thing, it’s not my internet because I’m in a party. Now I have tried for the last 6 days to play online and guess what ,not sure if you could of guessed but it tells me to try again later. Sort it out

What’s your NAT on the Xbox one? Open, moderate or strict? Have you tried the multiplayer test? When it’s finished, press RB+LB+RT+LT at the same time and it will bring you to a new screen with some connectivity details. On that screen, check your ping (if it’s above 280 it’s a problem) and check if you have any packet loss.
That’s not true. It’s the same issue we’re all having. I also get that message sometimes. If it’s not that, it’s another one telling me it failed to connect to a lobby or to the servers.
How to solve it? Hard reset, or keep trying to connect for 15 times in a row, or trying to connect to the same session as your friends.

was more meaning that people arent usually getting the "failed to connect to multiplayer " message and i was being lazy
the "failing to connect to lobby " message is the main one that comes up… almost everytime i go to multiplayer for me , but never the other …that’s why i thought maybe suspended
but as for most problems with the xbone a hard reset usually will fix it
or clearing the alt mac address cache or whatever it is
I often have the problem and the fix is a hard reset for me every time.
I have the same problem connecting to the server. This occurs everytime I have my phone, tablet near my xbox. I just turn off my wifi on the phone and tablet and it works perfect everytime. Hope this might help.

Unfortunately for you, there are no networking issues you need to worry about. The concern you should have is violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct for unsportsmanlike conduct in online races.
Both you and a Friend were caught intentionally wrecking and crashing people in various races, and that is not allowed. Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums.
