Hi all,
It would be nice to have a topic for the Moza R9/Forza Motorsport community so that we can share our settings and help others with setting up they’re game and wheel.
Feel free to post your settings here with pictures from your ingame settings and Moza pit house settings.
Still not happy at this moment but i will update my settings each time i have some improvements.
So i have the Moza R9 and i simply can’t get the game to feel good in this very aspect. Every time i push a little bit too much into a corner and the front tyres lose grip then the ffb goes all of a sudden INCREDIBLY light, this can’t be normal, or games like rf2, ACC, iRacing are doing it extremely wrong (which i honestly don’t think). It’s not like i am losing 40-50% of the ffb force, its basically losing 80-90% of the force. Anyone else here feels or has the same issue? I do believe it has to do with one of the wheel settings in the game but i simply can’t figure out which combination is creating this or what to do to have the discrepancy between grip and slight loss of grip not being as brutal.
I will also consult in the Moza Discord…
Edit: According to OvertakeGG its Mechanical Trail Scale, needs to be above or at 150
Is anyone having trouble with standing starts? I have an R9 with CRP pedals. I hit the gas in first but the car doesn’t move. I have to make multiple shifts to get going but by then im in last.
I have CRP pedals - work fine, but my R21 not working from box - I put file from Forza Horizon - *.ini for R21 and GS Wheel and it works for me. Force feedback is terrible ( also using settings from OvertakeGG ).
Little bit oversteer and you lost grip like you base just turned off.
The is no support R21 for now but I hope Forza team will add it soon…
i was tweaking yesterday quite a lot and i came up with my own settings, i posted them in a reddit topic and i am at least for the beginner cars very happy with it now, if you want you can give it a try and let me know what you think (dynamic damper feels well either 0 or 100 to me, i can make a case for both) https://www.reddit.com/r/forza/comments/170oe6o/moza_r9_settings_let_me_know_what_you_think/
in the moza pithouse software i have
road sensitivity 10
game force feedback 100
max output torque 100
guys i have the r9 v2 and i need to have the wheel set to around 1440deg to make it feel rite or all the ffb is in one spot rite at start i reckon this is some sort of bug. i do play iracing etc and i no this seems stupid but try it
