I remember the days of buying a game, putting the tape cassette in the computer and if it wasn’t in the game on day one… tough ! Wait for the sequel.
Not suggesting were old or anything but… I remember when you’d put the tape in and while it was loading (noisily), nobody in the room could breath let alone move.

Exactly. If the OP thought about it for amount, purchasing the next Forza title is essentially that without the need of paying for DLC. As always, DLC has never been necessary to enjoy the title in its entirety. The poster’s idea is moot and the suggestion that additional, optional content should be free is borderline silly.
And, yet, you and everyone else wants more cars, environments and features with vastly improved graphics, superior vehicle modeling and realistic physics simulation. Where do you think the development team gets the money for things like licenses, development hardware/software, and manpower? It sure doesn’t come entirely from the measly money you paid for the full game and definitely won’t come if the studio haphazardly decides to dole out content for free. As you state: please be reasonable about this. Nay. Be rational.

I agree with you,Shadow except for the measly part,$67 and change is not measly for my budget.
I completely understand; but, compared to the budget it must take to publish a Forza title with all of its licenses, $67 doesn’t go far - especially since some of that goes to the retailer.
I work in retail here in South Africa and have been fortunate enough to deal with video games for one of the top retailers here. You may be surprised how little the markup is on games. Probably a bit better in the states due to less shipping costs.
New games - profit margin is meh. Pre-played - WOW !
It may not be the answer the OP desires, but it’s worth noting that the original Horizon had 2 free DLCs. FM5 also had at least one (Maybe two? I can’t recall.) It’s not out of the question that FH2 might get one at some point in the future.

The more money that goes into the game, the better this one and the next one will be. I would suggest to start saving your money if you cannot afford the £20 Car Pass.
